Confusing setup process. The website told me to use the app for uploading documents. Just for setup, information that I don't have is needed. I searched the website for "Company ID", but that term does not seem to be used. Without that, I cannot use the app. Took some digging, but I found where to upload documents on the website instead. Deleting app.

dont know yet but give em a chance to try
Opening the app brings up a title screen and the message "Downloading Updates". No updates are ever downloaded. The app never starts. Useless.
